A few useful answers.
Do you work insurance claims?
No. Juarez Builders focuses on homeowner-funded residential roofing. We do not manage or negotiate insurance claims.
Do I need a replacement or a repair?
That depends on the condition of the roof and the source of the problem. Start by sharing what you’re seeing; an on-site assessment may be needed before recommending work.
How much will my roof cost?
Roof size, access, pitch, material, decking condition and flashing details all affect the scope. We price the actual project rather than publish a number that may not fit your home.
Can I ask about maintenance?
Yes. Ask about annual or quarterly maintenance. Visit frequency, included work and price are defined for your roof before a plan begins.
